1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using HomeFit or HomeFit Free (collectively "HomeFit" or "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. About the App
HomeFit is an offline workout companion developed by Stefano Lacchin, an independent developer operating under the name Aidoru, based in Valencia, Spain. The App is available in two tiers:
- HomeFit Free — a free version with 154 exercises and core training features
- HomeFit (Pro) — a paid version with the full library of 202 exercises, workout statistics, and QR code routine sharing
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the App for any commercial or unlawful purpose
- Extract or reuse the 3D exercise images, descriptions, or other content
4. Your Data
All data you enter into HomeFit (profile, routines, workout history, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. You are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up your own data. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.
5. QR Code Routine Sharing
HomeFit Pro allows you to share and import workout routines via QR codes. When you share a routine, you are responsible for any content within that routine. When you import a routine from a third party, you do so at your own discretion.
6. Health Disclaimer
HomeFit is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App provides exercise demonstrations, calorie estimations, and training tools for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have any medical conditions or injuries.
Calorie estimations are approximate and based on the Mifflin-St Jeor formula combined with metabolic equivalent values. Actual calorie expenditure may vary. The exercise demonstrations show proper form but cannot account for individual physical limitations.
You use the App and perform any exercises entirely at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in HomeFit — including but not limited to 3D exercise images, exercise descriptions, user interface design, icons, and branding — is the property of Aidoru and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The exercise content is original work created specifically for HomeFit.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aidoru and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
10. Updates and Changes
We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. The exercise library and available routines may grow with future updates. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using HomeFit at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features without prior notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your jurisdiction.

Al descargar, instalar o utilizar HomeFit o HomeFit Free (conjuntamente "HomeFit" o "la Aplicación"), aceptas quedar vinculado por estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos"). Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no utilices la Aplicación.
2. Sobre la Aplicación
HomeFit es un compañero de entrenamiento offline desarrollado por Stefano Lacchin, un desarrollador independiente que opera bajo el nombre Aidoru, con sede en Valencia, España. La Aplicación está disponible en dos niveles:
- HomeFit Free — una versión gratuita con 154 ejercicios y funciones básicas de entrenamiento
- HomeFit (Pro) — una versión de pago con la biblioteca completa de 202 ejercicios, estadísticas de entrenamiento y compartir rutinas por código QR
3. Licencia
Te concedemos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para utilizar la Aplicación con fines personales y no comerciales en dispositivos de tu propiedad o bajo tu control. No podrás:
- Copiar, modificar o distribuir la Aplicación o su contenido
- Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o desensamblar la Aplicación
- Eliminar o alterar avisos de propiedad o etiquetas
- Utilizar la Aplicación con fines comerciales o ilegales
- Extraer o reutilizar las imágenes 3D de ejercicios, descripciones u otro contenido
4. Tus Datos
Todos los datos que introduces en HomeFit (perfil, rutinas, historial de entrenamientos, ajustes) se almacenan localmente en tu dispositivo. No tenemos acceso a estos datos. Eres el único responsable de mantener y hacer copias de seguridad de tus propios datos. Desinstalar la Aplicación eliminará permanentemente todos los datos almacenados localmente.
5. Compartir Rutinas por Código QR
HomeFit Pro te permite compartir e importar rutinas de entrenamiento mediante códigos QR. Cuando compartes una rutina, eres responsable de cualquier contenido dentro de esa rutina. Cuando importas una rutina de un tercero, lo haces bajo tu propia responsabilidad.
6. Aviso sobre Salud
HomeFit no sustituye el consejo médico profesional, diagnóstico o tratamiento. La Aplicación proporciona demostraciones de ejercicios, estimaciones de calorías y herramientas de entrenamiento únicamente con fines informativos y educativos. Consulta siempre a un profesional sanitario cualificado antes de comenzar cualquier programa de ejercicio, especialmente si tienes alguna condición médica o lesión.
Las estimaciones de calorías son aproximadas y se basan en la fórmula Mifflin-St Jeor combinada con valores de equivalente metabólico. El gasto calórico real puede variar. Las demostraciones de ejercicios muestran la forma correcta pero no pueden tener en cuenta las limitaciones físicas individuales.
Utilizas la Aplicación y realizas cualquier ejercicio bajo tu propia responsabilidad.
7. Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido de HomeFit — incluyendo pero no limitado a imágenes 3D de ejercicios, descripciones de ejercicios, diseño de interfaz de usuario, iconos y marca — es propiedad de Aidoru y está protegido por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables. El contenido de ejercicios es obra original creada específicamente para HomeFit.
8. Exención de Garantías
La Aplicación se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad" sin garantías de ningún tipo, ya sean expresas o implícitas. No garantizamos que la Aplicación esté libre de errores, sea ininterrumpida o esté libre de componentes dañinos. En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, renunciamos a todas las garantías, incluidas las garantías implícitas de comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin particular y no infracción.
9. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la medida máxima permitida por la ley aplicable, Aidoru y su desarrollador no serán responsables de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial, consecuente o punitivo, ni de ninguna pérdida de datos, beneficios o fondo de comercio, que surja de o en relación con el uso de la Aplicación.
En jurisdicciones que no permiten la exclusión de ciertas garantías o la limitación de responsabilidad, nuestra responsabilidad se limitará en la mayor medida permitida por la ley.
10. Actualizaciones y Cambios
Podemos actualizar la Aplicación periódicamente para añadir funciones, corregir errores o mejorar el rendimiento. La biblioteca de ejercicios y las rutinas disponibles pueden crecer con futuras actualizaciones. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado de la Aplicación tras los cambios constituye la aceptación de los Términos revisados.
11. Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar HomeFit en cualquier momento desinstalando la Aplicación. Nos reservamos el derecho de discontinuar la Aplicación o cualquiera de sus funciones sin previo aviso.
12. Legislación Aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de España. Cualquier disputa derivada de estos Términos o del uso de la Aplicación estará sujeta a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales de Valencia, España, sin perjuicio de los derechos obligatorios de protección al consumidor aplicables en tu jurisdicción.
